Moneta Markets is primarily regulated by an offshore entity the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). Still, it has the credibility to gain acceptance among traders, due to the fact that it’s operating under Vantage International Group Limited (VIG), which already operating another well-known broker Vantage FX, which is founded in 2009, has more than a decade of experience in the financial market. Vantage Group holding multiple regulatory licenses from the two strictest jurisdictions Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA),  and 1 tier-3 regulator (low trust).
Although CIMA jurisdiction lacks prestige it does provide adequate protection, and its owner company has a long-term good reputation, serving 70k+ traders worldwide and an average monthly trading volume of over $100 billion. We think Moneta Markets created a safe, secure, and user-friendly trading environment, traders should feel safe depositing their funds with Moneta Markets.

Overall, Moneta Markets is an average trusted broker regulated by offshore financial institutions and backed by its parent compy Vantage Group. offers highly competitive pricing in forex. Opening an account is a straightforward process and deposit/withdrawal processes are mostly free. Offering proprietary platform also MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. The bottom line is Moneta Markets might not be a good choice for low-cost traders and traders are looking for a wide range of products for creating a diversified portfolio. It has lacks education and pricing is higher than the industry average. For CFD traders there are many other better choices available like XM, or Saxo Bank as their wide range of instruments and rich educational resources will satisfy most beginners and advanced traders.
In order to compete with giant brokers with the best offering, Moneta Market needs to upgrade in all the core categories, including trading cost, forex, and CFD trading education, trading platform should support EAs, and more in-house research tools, and mobile trading app.
